【演讲题目】数控切割行业近净成型技术一体化平台
【演讲摘要】在“十二五”期间,近净成形、两化融合等技术成为制造企业新的发展目标,而中国制造业中十大核心产业——建筑、机械(汽车)、造船、铁道、石化、水电、冶金、锅炉压力容器、家电、集装箱,都是以钢材为主要原材料,以切割焊接为主要生产方式和生产手段,他为中国数控切割产业升级迎来了新的机遇。
中国数控切割产业在先进装备制造领域最新、最可能的近净成形技术突破将是3D数控坡口切割技术和装备。通过3D数控坡口切割达到近净成型,实现钢材数控切割与焊接的自动化和工业化,将现在先垂直切割,再进行手工、机械或机器人示教二次加工焊接坡口的传统落后生产方式,改造提升为一次完成3D焊接坡口的数控切割。在此基础上将优化套排技术与MES钢材物流及企业管理系统融合其中,实现三体合一,实现中国数控切割产业工业化、信息化两化融合平台,从而有效提高钢材数控切割生产效率,提高钢材利用率,实现绿色环保和节能减排。

During the 12th Five-Year, technologies like near-net-shape and integration have become the new development objectives of manufacturing enterprises. The ten core industries of Chinese manufacturing industry - construction, mechanism (automobile), shipbuilding, railway, petrochemical, water & electricity, metallurgy, boiler pressure vessel, home appliance, container, all use steel as the main raw material, and adopt cutting and welding as their main ways and means of production, so the upgrading of Chinese CNC cutting industry gets new opportunity.
For Chinese CNC cutting industry, the breakthrough of the latest and most probable near-net-shape technology in manufacturing industry of advanced equipment will be 3D CNC groove cutting technology and equipment. Through 3D CNC groove cutting, near-net-shape is achieved, thus automation and industrialization of steel CNC cutting and welding are accomplished. And the traditional behind production mode, which does vertical cutting first, then proceeds secondary processing of welding groove by hand, mechanism or robot teaching will be upgraded to one-time completion of CNC cutting of 3D welding groove. On this basis, optimum layout technology, MES steel logistics and enterprise management system are integrated as three-in-one to realize the integrated platform of industrialization and informationization of Chinese CNC cutting industry, thus to effectively enhance the productivity of steel CNC cutting and utilization of steel, and to realize green environmental protection and energy savings.

【嘉宾简介】
李浩,发思特软件(上海)有限公司法人/总经理,毕业于清华大学,硕士。曾在澳大利亚FaganMicro-processor System公司专门从事钢材切割编程套料软件的市场开发和工业应用。期间,他在钢材切割行业积累了丰富的市场营销和工业应用的专业知识,熟悉国外下料中心钢材切割生产流程,掌握了钢材数控切割和优化套料软件的专有技术。他创办了发思特软件(上海)有限公司,专业开发针对我国钢材切割生产环节的管理软件。目前,已经成功开发出了FastCAM自动编程套料软件、FastFRAME管架钢结构制造软件、FastPIPE数控切管软件等10套用于提高切割效率的数控切割软件,为企业节省材料,降低成本做出了显著的成绩。
Li Hao, graduated from Tsinghua University, master's degree, Legal person/General manager of FastCAM (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Abbr. FastCAM). He has worked in Australia Fagan Micro-processor System Co., Ltd.,and specialized in market development and industrial application of steel cutting programming nesting software. During that period, he has accumulated plentiful professional knowledge of marketing and industrial application of steel cutting industry, and was familiar with production process of steel cutting in foreign material making center, and he has also mastered proprietary technology of steel CNC cutting and optimum nesting software. He created FastCAM to specially develope management software of Chinese steel cutting production. At present, FastCAM has successfully developed ten CNC cutting software for improvement of cutting efficiency, such as FastCAM automatic programming nesting software, FastFRAME tube lattice steel manufacturing software, FastPIPE CNC tube cutting software, etc. This has made remarkable achievements of saving materials and reducing costs for enterprises
